Accessible counselling from wherever you are in BC
Online Counselling in British Columbia
Online counselling can make it easier to begin therapy when life feels full, schedules are complicated, or getting to an office is not always possible.
Counselling that meets you where you are
Starting counselling does not always fit neatly into a busy life. You may be working long hours, caring for family, living outside Vancouver, managing health or mobility needs, or simply feeling more comfortable speaking from your own space.
Online counselling offers a flexible way to access support without needing to commute, arrange extra travel time, or be located near the office.
The goal is the same as in-person counselling: to create a steady, respectful space where you can feel heard, supported, and better able to understand what is happening in your life.

Online counselling can support a wide range of concerns. You do not need to have the “right words” or a clear plan before beginning. Many people start therapy simply knowing that something feels heavy, unclear, or difficult to manage alone.
